The hotel's location across from the main train station was convenient, making it easy to explore the city and travel to other destinations. Poor Customer Service and Housekeeping. Staff lacked customer service skills, unable to answer simple questions and didn't meet basic needs.

As a tourist, I loved the convenient location right next to the main train station. The bus shuttle or train to the airport was only 11 euros, making travel easy and affordable. The staff were friendly and spoke English well. On Sundays, when many things were closed, they even made me a free pretzel for breakfast.
The staff at the hotel made me feel like royalty, and there was nothing that seemed too much trouble for them.

The room was spacious and well-furnished, with modern amenities. I was greeted personally by the manager, who made me feel very welcome. The hotel location was perfect for exploring the nearby Christmas market and there were plenty of eating places nearby.
